General advices
-
You can make your presentation in any format, you have to be careful that it´s easy to read by different audiences, we also encourage you to use all the available digital tools to make it.

-
As it is an online event we ask you to be considered with people that could have difficulties reading your presentation. We leave you here three links in which you could find information on how to make your materials more accessible:

As a participant, you will have a special
Google Drive account to save any material you deem necessary related to your presentation.
-
When making your presentation, if you incorporate any kind of technology, you need to consider how easy it is to use it, if participants need to install a specific component, if it´s free and if its available in different platforms. In case that you require support, you can write to us, to see how we can solve your needs. Also, in case you need it, we can set up a virtual gallery or incorporate other type of options.
If you were accepted you must submit your work through the following sections
before Satudray 10th of October, 2020.
In order to do so you must have made the registration payment and in the next days you will be receiving an account with access to all the events of the congress and to upload your work.

You must record a video where you explain your poster, in this way the congress attendees can access the poster room and watch your explanation at any time. This video must have a maximum duration of 5 minutes. The style of the video is free, it can be as simple as recording yourself with a phone while you give your explanation, but you can also include visual elements such as images, videos, or animations. The video must be delivered in mp4 format with a 720p resolution and a maximum size of 300 MB.
