Dimensions are 40 cm (15.7 inches) wide by 70 cm (27.5 inches) long, vertical format. We recommend using font sizes 40 for the title, 24 for subtitles, and 20 for general text. Remember that, unlike face-to-face conferences, the public will review your poster on their computer screen. The poster must be saved in PDF format with a size smaller than 10 MB.

Updated abstract

If your work has made progress you can use this space to incorporate new results. If you want the summary with which you submitted your work to be used, leave this space blank. It must have a maximum of 250 words, it can be sent in Spanish or English.

Video presentation

You must record a video where you explain your poster, in this way the congress attendees can access the poster room and watch your explanation at any time. This video must have a maximum duration of 5 minutes. The style of the video is free, it can be as simple as recording yourself with a phone while you give your explanation, but you can also include visual elements such as images, videos, or animations. The video must be delivered in mp4 format with a 720p resolution and a maximum size of 300 MB.
